INTERNATIONAL CALL SERVICE
This service allows you to make low cost international calls
from your Finnish fixed line or mobile subscription.
Register your phone number from which you want to use the
service and load balance to your call account. All calls are
made through our access-number: 013770130. Please
read details from our User Guide.
CALL FORWARDING SERVICE
This service allows you to receive calls from your Finnish
friends when you live or travel abroad. You just need fixed line
or mobile subscription of that country.
When you register to the call forwarding service, you get a
Finnish fixed line number, from which you make call forwarding
to your desired international destination number. Call
forwarding is set in the Hotcom's system.
There are no set-up or monthly fees. You pay just for calls you
receive based on Hotcom's international call service rates.
Service activation requires you to make minimum 10€ payment.
Calls are charged from your call account in real time. There is
no expiration for you balance.
The person who calls from a Finnish mobile subscription to your
DID-number pays normal national mobile call charge. If you wish,
you can set call forwarding from your fixed line or mobile
subscription to the DID-number and in this case your friends
call to the pre-existing number. Note! When you set call forwarding from your mobile phone to the DID-number please remember to use just " immediate call forwarding ".
This call forwarding service costs you the call forwarding price
which is in accordance with your subscription's normal priced
calls to the domestic fixed line number. The DID-numbers begin
with the digits 013778.
The call forwarding is immediate and unnoticeable to the caller.
If there is no balance on your call account, you have not set a
call forwarding number, or you are able to be reached otherwise,
the one who called the DID number hears the message: "The person
in that extension is currently unavailable". The calling number
is transmitted to the most several target country. In that case
you will see in your mobile phone the telephone number of the
person who is calling you.
